A few days ago, I was looking through my old posts on Instagram, and came across some very old pictures of my makeup skills a few years ago. This made me think how far I've come.
The gallery above shows each picture in order, starting from 2017 to now. When I first started doing eyeshadow, I remember I always used to use the same palette and colours because I didn't know anything about makeup or blending or anything. The palette I used to use wasn't very pigmented (as you can see in the picture) and I used very old eyeshadow brushes. However as I got older, I invested in a new makeup palette by Morphe, and carried on buying a bunch of makeup palettes to express my creativity with different colours.
The significance of this post is to show that no matter how hard you want to give up with that hobby you love and care for, keep on trying! Progress is impossible without change.
